Dear Ruskoka Volunteers, A large and enthusiastic group of 23 volunteers enjoyed the fall colours and completed a mountain of work. We removed the swimming raft and anchor, painted the front pantry wall, painted the outside of the garage shed and trim, cleaned out the camp kitchen and fridge, finish organizing the camp library, cleaned and organize the yellow trailer, cleaned up and burned piles of brush from the boys camp, cut down a huge dangerous tree near the soccer field, re-covered the septic covers, fixed the propane heater, removed the fridge door, sentinel light and cabin parts for repair, built a large steel shelf in the garage, started organizing all of the garage hardware, had a morning leadership workshop, did loads of laundry, cleaned the entire house, and prepare delicious meals. We also celebrated Sophia’s namesday, and went for a beautiful hike to the cliff. Thank you to Natasha, Vika, Svetlana, Nikita, Natasha, Maxine, Alik, Andrew, Sophia, Larisa, Victor, Sasha, Lioudmila, Dmitryi, Andrei, Marina, Polina, Katya, Sasha, Irina, Victor, Nikolai, and Nikolai.
