Dear Ruskoka Camp Volunteers,

Thank you to the 11 volunteers that came last work weekend: Nika, Marina, Natasha, Sergei, Petya, Roma, Volodya, Dennis, Zaur, Svetlana, and Alik. Again, we got a huge amount of work done: raked, cleaned up broken branches and cut up many damaged trees, cleaned out the flooded log room, removed all the drywall in the basement, cleaned up the chapel.

Join us! The next work weekend is only in one week !! May 23 and 24, 2009. Don’t miss the fun.

 

Some of the things we plan to do this weekend, and following work weekends…

–    clean up after basement renovations

–    move beds and furniture back into the house basement

–        cut trees, clean up branches around property, rake leaves

–    clean up the boys anmd girls camps

–    clean up the camp kitchen

–    install new countertops in the camp bathroom

–         connect outlets and light fixtures in camp bathroom and finish electrical wiring

–        connect outlets and finish wiring in chapel

–        cook food for all the volunteers, clean dishes, clean the house…

–         and lots of other fun jobs…
