Dear Ruskoka Camp Volunteers,
Thank you for coming to the first work weekend of 2011!
Thank you to Nika, Tima, Vlad, Dennis, Max, Paula, Maria, Katya, Natasha, Alik, Maxine, Andrew, Sophia, Marina, Alesha, Dimitri, Igor, Volodya and Victor! Although it still seemed like winter, with 2 feet of snow is some spots, we were able to: clean up all the buildings, turn on the water, clean the freezers (we lost power during the winter), moved the air compressor and connected it, built shelves in the garage shed, got all of the lawnmower checked and ready, clean up the camp house and the pavilion, built a steel shelving unit for the garage and organized the garage, worked on the ATV (we broke a U joint), cut up a downed tree by the chapel, and prepared fabulous, delicious meals!
Lots of snow, great company, terrific meals, and lots of work completed. Spasibo!
